A vital component in the community’s plan for resiliency after catastrophic flooding in Eastern Kentucky, this $13.5M adaptive-reuse project, completed in the Winter of 2026, transforms an existing metal warehouse building by creatively and efficiently combining a career and technology learning environment, a fleet maintenance garage and a district storage facility.
