A new Henry Clay High School will be built on the same property as the existing school. The new approximately 340,000 square foot school to accommodate 2,300 students will feature career academies along with a full health clinic and an auxiliary gym. Also included in the project scope are new baseball and softball fields. Modeling sustainability and energy efficiency, the new school will feature natural daylighting, all-LED lighting, geo-thermal HVAC and ICF building envelope.
