Full Design Services for adaptive reuse of a historic downtown commercial building for use as a performing arts center. The non-profit organization had a rich, long history in the community, and their commitment to remain downtown provided completion of a fully renovated historic block of buildings. THJA incorporated numerous floor level changes into the complex teaching and performing program, and enlivened the spaces with rich colors.

The program included both large and small performance venues, rehearsal spaces, costume design & sewing room, set construction & storage areas, administrative offices, catering kitchen and conference for both private and public events, and ticket booths with a public lobby.
